Every LCSM building runs on our proprietary LCSM Connect platform. Tenants submit maintenance requests, receive real-time notifications and access documents through their own portal. Owners receive institutional grade reporting on a monthly or quarterly basis, downloaded from the LCSM Connect owners portal, accessed via 2-factor authentication. Vendors receive dispatch, scheduling and payment through the same platform. Our platform leverages efficient systems to yield quick and correct resolutions.

Annual reporting includes CAM reconciliations and budget. A full audit history is available for every transaction. Owner-specific views are configurable.
