To reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or publicly display material from this website you will need written permission from Lee Cleveland Select Management LLC. Users may view and download material from this site only for personal, non-commercial home use.

Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent applicable.

Users agree not to use the site for sale, trade or other commercial purposes. Users may not use language that is threatening, abusive, vulgar, discourteous or criminal. Users also may not post or transmit information or materials that would violate rights of any third party or which contains a virus or other harmful component.

Part B — SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program Description

The LCSM Tenant Maintenance Portal SMS program provides transactional text message updates to commercial tenants who have submitted a maintenance request through the Tenant Maintenance Portal operated by Lee Cleveland Select Management LLC ("LCSM," "we," "us," or "our"). Messages are operational and transactional in nature and relate exclusively to the maintenance request you have submitted.

2. Types of Messages You May Receive

By opting in, you may receive SMS messages including:

• Receipt confirmation when your maintenance request is received
• Vendor scheduling notifications
• On-site arrival confirmation requests
• Technician en route notifications with estimated time of arrival
• Request closure and completion notifications

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the activity of your maintenance request. A typical maintenance request will result in 2 to 6 messages from the time the request is submitted until it is closed. You will not receive messages outside the context of an active maintenance request you have submitted.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates charged by your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent to and received from this SMS program. LCSM is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

5. How to Opt In

You opt in to the SMS program by:

• Entering your LCSM-issued Tenant ID at https://propmgmt.com/portal
• Providing your mobile phone number in the maintenance request form (a mandatory field for callback)
• Affirmatively checking the SMS consent checkbox, which is unchecked by default and reads: "I agree to receive SMS text message updates about this maintenance request at the mobile number provided above from Lee Cleveland Select Management. Message frequency varies (typically 2 to 6 per request). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help."

6. How to Opt Out

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message received from this program. Upon receipt of STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and you will not receive further SMS messages from this program. You may also opt out by:

• Replying with any of the following keywords: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPTOUT
• Contacting LCSM directly using the support contact information below

To resubscribe after opting out, reply START or submit a new maintenance request and re-check the SMS consent checkbox.

8. Supported Carriers

This program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

Your phone number and consent are collected solely for the purpose of operating the LCSM Tenant Maintenance Portal SMS program. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Eligibility

The LCSM Tenant Maintenance Portal SMS program is available only to active commercial tenants of properties managed by Lee Cleveland Select Management LLC who have been issued a Tenant ID. You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the LCSM Tenant Maintenance Portal or by SMS to active program participants.
